Issuer + custody

Stock tokens depend on their issuer, custodian, and the legal claim attached to each token. Onchain proof does not erase counterparty risk.

Market + liquidity

Prices can fall. Basket weights drift with their holdings, and solver liquidity may disappear during volatile or closed markets.

Smart contracts

Source code and tests are not an audit. The vault stays transaction-locked until independent review and verified mainnet deployment.

Jurisdiction

Stock Token availability and holder rights vary by location. Privy authentication is not KYC, and ProofIndex is not an offer or investment advice.
